5. Artificial Intelligence and LBM Services

The Platform provides AI-powered functionality through Dotsin's proprietary Large Behavioural Model (LBM) processing environment.

The LBM may process user-authorized information to provide features such as personalized insights, summaries, behavioral analysis, recommendations, conversational assistance, and other user-requested AI functionality.

Dotsin does not transmit users' personal data or personally identifiable information (PII) to third-party AI model providers for AI inference.

Dotsin may use third-party cloud, infrastructure, storage, networking, authentication, analytics, security, communication, and support technologies to operate the Platform. Such providers may process limited information on Dotsin's behalf as necessary to provide their contracted services, subject to applicable contractual, security, and privacy requirements.

• AI-generated outputs may be incomplete.
• AI-generated outputs may change as new information becomes available.
• AI-generated outputs should not be relied upon as professional advice.

You acknowledge that AI and behavioral-model outputs are probabilistic and may generate unexpected results.

AI-generated outputs are intended for informational, behavioral, wellness, educational, and productivity purposes only.

6. Health, Wellness, and Educational Disclaimer

The Platform is not:

• A medical device
• A healthcare provider
• A mental-health provider
• A psychiatric service
• A clinical diagnostic system
• A substitute for professional medical care

Information provided through the Platform is intended solely for informational, educational, wellness, behavioral, productivity, and self-reflection purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Dotsin.

11. Intellectual Property

Assessment scores, behavioral indicators, wellness summaries, recommendations, and AI-generated insights:

• Are not guarantees of future outcomes
• Should not be treated as definitive diagnoses or professional evaluations

Educational institutions, parents, teachers, counselors, organizations, and individual users should exercise independent judgment when using Platform outputs.

13. Research and Analytics

Aggregated and de-identified information may be used for:

Dotsin does not intentionally publish personally identifiable information without consent.

Personal data is not shared with third-party AI tools, models, or AI service providers for research, model development, or any other purpose.

• Permanent data retention

Dotsin does not transmit personal data to third-party AI tools, models, or AI service providers.
