Delete Account Instructions

Dotsin and Assessli are products of ONE OATH EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. This page explains how users can permanently delete their account and what happens to their information after a deletion request.

Account Deletion

Deleting your account permanently removes your access to the Platform and initiates the deletion or anonymization of eligible personal information associated with your account.

Once an account deletion request is confirmed:

  • Your account access is removed.
  • You will no longer be able to sign in using the deleted account.
  • Personal information may be deleted or anonymized.
  • Certain platform features become unavailable.
  • Recovery of the deleted account may not be possible.

Certain information may be retained where required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational requirements.

How to Delete Your Account

To delete your account:

1. Open the Dotsin application.

2. Navigate to Settings.

3. Open Account Settings.

4. Select Delete Account.

5. Review the information presented.

6. Confirm your deletion request.

Once submitted, the deletion process will begin.

Alternative Deletion Request Method

If you are unable to access your account, you may request deletion by contacting:

Please include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your name (if available)
  • A request to delete your account
