Is this paid?+
There’s no fixed monthly stipend. The program runs on prestige, recognition, and task-wise rewards — gadgets, vouchers, merch, founder access, and a Founding-Class credential. If career pipeline and network compounding matter to you more than a small monthly cheque, this is for you.
How much time do I need to put in?+
8–10 hours per week, on average. Some weeks are heavier (campus chapters in Phase 3), some are lighter. Spread your time around classes — Pioneers manage their own schedule.
I’m from a Tier-3 college. Will I be at a disadvantage?+
No. Regional leaderboards exist precisely to level the field. Smaller campuses also get a 1.3× point multiplier so a 200-student college can outrank a 20,000-student campus.
What’s the selection process?+
Apply at dotsin.ai/pioneer (4 minutes). We score every application. Shortlisted applicants get a 20-minute virtual interview. Acceptance comes with a Digital Onboarding Kit.
Can I apply if I’m a postgrad / PhD?+
Yes. UG, PG, PhD — any stream, any year. We’re hunting for energy and creativity, not a specific degree.
What if I miss a week due to exams?+
Tell us in advance. Exam-week pauses are accommodated as long as you flag them. Extended absences without communication risk losing your Pioneer seat.
Will this count as an internship for college credit?+
We provide a verifiable Founding-Class credential and a completion letter. Whether your college accepts it for credit is between you and your placement office — most do.
When will prizes be delivered?+
Within 30 days of program close. Phase-end mini-prizes are shipped at each phase boundary.
